We work with coffees from different regions of Guatemala. The selection changes with available lots. Ask about the region, variety, process and roast of the coffee we are serving.
You do not need technical vocabulary: tell us whether you prefer black coffee or milk coffee drinks and what flavors you enjoy. Tasting notes describe perceived flavors, not added ingredients.
Espresso, slow bar and desserts
Choose espresso or a milk coffee drink prepared to order. At the slow bar we prepare coffee using filter methods; ask what lot is available today.
We offer cookies, Basque cheesecake and powerballs, and also prepare sandwiches. Ask about availability, prices and ingredients at the cafe or on Instagram before ordering.
Opening hours and directions
We open Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 1:30 to 6 p.m.; closed Mondays. Check the landing page for hours and ask about any changes before leaving.
